THE AFRICAN SUMMIT OF HEADS OF STATE WILL BE A KEY MOMENT ON 16 NOVEMBER AT THE INITIATIVE OF KING OF MOROCCO "The African Summit of Heads of State will be a key moment on 16 November at the initiative of King of Morocco, following the same summit hosted by President of the French Republic at COP21 to concretely commit 10 billion promised by decisions and for Africans by Africans. I'll tell you a secret.
