"Dias Kadyrbayev absolutely denies the charges," said attorney Robert Stahl. Did he know? Tsarnaev is being held at a prison hospital where he is recovering from wounds sustained in a gun battle with police. His older brother, Tamerlan, died in that gun fight.
According to Reuters none of the suspects addressed the court, other than to respond to the judge's questions. U.S. Magistrate Judge Marianne Bowler reprimanded Phillipos for not seeming to pay attention to the proceedings.
Kadyrbayev and Tazhayakov had entered the United States on student visas and lived in New Bedford, Massachusetts, according to the court papers. Phillipos is a resident of Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Strange as it may seem the Obama administration blunders in it's response as it not only puts what has been termed Obama Care into a new light but shows the current administration policies as financially failing and appalling.

Annual cost to taxpayers of legalizing illegal immigrants could be in the billions, if they use their status to apply for federal benefits from Medicaid and ObamaCare. Responding to an emerging immigration proposal that includes a path to citizenship for millions of illegal immigrants -- had estimated that the cost could total up to $40 billion in 2022, "just for Medicaid and ObamaCare."
What seems to be the problem with the current administration and common sense?

On the issues:
You have been the President who has made the largest number of deportations in history--more than 1.5 million so far. Since you've granted deferred action [for students], would you consider doing something similar to other groups of non-criminal illegal immigrants such as the parents of US-born children?

President Barrack Obama responded:
We focus our enforcement on people who genuinely pose a threat to our communities, not to hardworking families who are minding their own business and oftentimes have members of their family who are US citizens. We don't have the capacity to enforce across the board. So more than half of our enforcement now is directed at people with criminal records. Of the remaining half, about 2/3 are people who are apprehended close to the border, so these are not people who have longstanding roots in our community. And what we've tried to do then is focus our attention on real threats, and make sure that families are not the targets.

Security Risk Assessment:
“We had a long conversation about what kinds of things education can do,“ said Quintan Wiktorowicz, a senior director of the National Security Council at the White House, who spearheaded the initiative. “In the same way they fight gangs, or bullying, they can help here. The challenge is going to be trying to put the violent extremism initiatives into existing programs. But there are lots of ways to do it, and we´ll work with the schools to tailor the approach to what they need.“
In 2011 the White House launched new plan to find Home Grown Terrorists by having schools & churches spy on families. Part of the plan includes using school children spy on their parents.

It would seem taxpayers have paid the government hand over foot for their own children to attempt to do the job while being educated. Has the Obama administration sought to defend the nation with our uneducated youth? Does the father at the local gun store preparing for the weekend hunting trip become a terrorist?
According to the administration illegal immigrants who might be terrorists are of no concern but a quick review reveals even those here on a legal visa might be.
Apparently the current billions spent on the nations security has been left to uneducated youth or an administration lost by their own greed or ignorance. Terrorists usually seek to stay off the grid and don't have records.
This has been another objective review.
