WISHES FROM PRESIDENT HOLLANDE FOR NEW YEAR 2016 TO DIPLOMACY IN A TENSE CONTEXT

COP21 WAS A SUCCESS AND BRINGS HOPE WITH THIS HISTORIC AGREEMENT FOR THE PLANET'S FUTURE------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "There is hope for the planet as Gandhi said "We must be concerned about the world that we will not see."
