Actor Harrison Ford critically injured in California plane crash

Actor Harris Ford was seriously injured Thursday when a small plane he was piloting crash-landed at a golf course in Venice, California, NBC News and TMZ are reporting. Ford, 72, an avid aviator, was rushed to a nearby hospital after suffering multiple cuts to his head, TMZ said.
There was no immediate word on the actor̢۪s condition or if he had suffered any other injuries. FAA spokesman Ian Gregor confirmed that a single-engine airplane went down on the golf course west of Santa Monica Airport, but had no other information.
