Is Jim Harbaug Really The Problem

The San Francisco 49ers are not exactly playing or performing up to there ability. Which make me and everyone else believe that there is a problem that resides within the locker room or with the organization between coach Jim Harbaugh.

Coming into this season the San Francisco 49ers have said that there are no problems between the coach and the organization or players and coach.
So what is the problem?
The 49ers have basically the same team as last year. There offense as well as there defense are not on the same level, that it was last season. Yea I know a lot of teams have caught on to what they are doing offensively and defensively this season. Putting that aside, its the players, there comradery, and there body language that are giving off a signal that something is not right with this team.
The questions and talk about Jim Harbaugh leaving next season. I definitely believe is a distraction for him, his coaching staff, and the team.

One way or another I think the 49ers; its players and coach Harbaugh have issues. That will soon surface as this team deals with their adversity of losing and maybe not making the playoffs.
As of right now the 49ers are on the outside looking in to make the playoffs. Coming off a two game losing streak the 2nd this season, things are not looking good. The 49ers have the Seahawks, Chargers and Cardinals coming up next. It´s going to be very difficult for this team to put together a three game winning streak. Especially with Colin Kaepernick playing the way he is. It´s definitely taking a toll on the team. Leaving me to believe that there season is coming to an end.
