"Domaine de Saint-Clair Le Donjon" is an Hotel in Etretat. Located in Normandy, two Hours from Paris, Etretat is a Charming Seaside Resort on the Alabaster Coast. Its Bright, Majestic Cliffs, Unique in the World, have been celebrated throughout the Ages by Poets, Painters and Writers. Nestled in a Beautiful Green and Picturesque Park overlooking the Resort of Etretat, the Cliffs and the Sea, the Domaine Saint Clair Le Donjon revives the Splendour of the Past....

Composed of an Anglo-Norman Style Castle from the Nineteenth Century and a Seaside Villa, the Domain offers to Visitors 21 Rooms and Suites. Each Room bears the Stamp and Personality of the Character who inspired it, with a Special Atmosphere, Fabrics, Antique Furniture and Colours. The Rooms tell their Story, The Domain can also be taken as a Reminder of a Time when Etretat and the Local Area were the Holiday Destination of Choice for many Artists and Writers. The Domaine Saint Clair Le Donjon and its five Plush, Cosy Lounges provide a unique setting, a faithful reflection of the French “Art Of Living“ and an Era when People knew how to take their Time.
"Le Donjeon" is a Gastronomic Restaurant , inside the Domaine Saint-Clair, where the Chef Olivier Foulon serves Gourmet Cuisine prepared using Local and Seasonal Products combining Tradition and Innovation. From March to October, the Chef takes Fruit, Vegetables and Herbs from the Kitchen Garden of 350m2 to give his Food an Authentic Flavour.
On December 7, 2017 was held a Vernissage of a Fresco by Jean-Charles de Castelbajac at Le Donjeon Restaurant, he was given "Carte Blanche' to do so by the Owner of the Domaine Omar Abodib. Jean-Charles de Castelbajac is a Fashion Designer who is both Emblematic and Unique to Our Time as evidenced by his 40 Years of Design that even Today retain a Unique Position among his Contemporaries. Iconoclastic and Avant-garde, he mixes without complexes and with great Poetry Design, Music, Art, Film or Theater. His taste for the Unusual sees him quickly nicknamed "King of the Unconventional". This Transgression Spirit ranks Jean-Charles de Castelbajac among the most Nowadays Innovative Designers, with a Creative Offer in a Perpetual Evolution.
Quickly making a Name for Himself with Creations such as the Poncho for Two, an Astro-Turf body-warmer, the Teddy Bear Jacket and an Anorak made of Multi Colored Feathers, Jean-Charles de Castelbajac is now renowned for injecting Playful Childhood Themes and Pop Art Styles into his Work, reflected in his Collaborations with Art and Music Icons of the 1970s, which featured work from Artists such as Andy Warhol, the Sex Pistols, Takashi Kenzo and Raoul Haussman.
The Fresco of the Restaurant is called "Dans le Sillage de Deux Mains" (In the wake of Two Hands). Everyone can find Inspiration, put his Own Life on the Characters and the Ships made of Vivid Primary Colors (Yellow, Red, Blue).... We always have a Reason to come to Domaine de Saint-Clair Le Donjeon !
