USPA NEWS -
Indy-Rose Ciccone the 'Tomboy' who grew into a 'Princess' at just 13 years of age is already mentoring and developing herself as a teen role-model for many kids half her age in the outback Australian town of Yarroweyah, Victoria , Australia.
The charismatic Year 7 student from St Marys of the Angels Secondary College Nathalia was raised in the outback catching fish, herding cows on a horse and trail-bike, hiking and camping under the stars from an early age.
I asked Ciccone to tell me a little about herself and the more you hear the more you realize this little princess has done more than most twice her age.

"I live in a rural town called Yarroweyah in Victoria. I've always had a maturity above my age which set me apart from most of the other children; I have an empathy and understanding that outweighs my age in years"' said Ciccone who went on to say... " I've always loved being on the farm and living in rural Australia. I have my own cow stud “˜Avolution Ayrshires´ as I love to farm and be around animals.. My hobbies include motorbike riding, fishing, Australian Rules Football, Muay Thai, English literature and Dancing. I didn't put pageants and modelling in my list of hobby's as I don't see them as a hobby, they are lifestyle choices. I entered the Miss Teen Australia International Pageant as I want to be a positive role model for other as I then could not just empower young Australian women but I could empower young women whole heartedly all around the world".
"I chose “˜Aussie Helpers´ directed by Brian Egan as my charity for this pageant as I want to do everything within my power to help farming communities that are having a tough time, I want to bring a little light to their darker days and give them hope that the bad days will end, the good days are soon to come. I'm hoping to obtain sponsorship from an organization or retailer to walk with me on my journey. My goal is to put the tiny town of Yarroweyah on the map and encourage young women to go for it, reach for the stars as determination pays off." Said Ciccone.
Yarroweyah is a town in northern Victoria, Australia. The town is located in the Shire of Moira local government area, 251 kilometers north of the state capital, Melbourne and 10 kilometers west of Cobram.
Audrey Hepburn once said , “The beauty of a woman is not in a facial mole, but true beauty in a Woman is reflected in her soul. It is the caring that she lovingly gives, the passion that she knows.“
After talking to this young woman we see the light shining deep within and her beauty radiating. Best wishes to the Yarroweyah Cowgirl from USPA24...... Namaste
