PF LAUNCHED THE “ALL FORGOTTEN“ MARCH CALLING UP A MESSAGE TO PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES-
The Association des Paralysés de France (APF) has organized a protest called The March of the Forgotten“ from Nantes to Paris. It is a long walk of 450 km to ride from Nantes to Paris, Four people equipped with Hand-bike or crutch bicycles joined the French capital to carry the proposals of “All the forgotten of the presidential campaign: people with disabilities and all those more globally in poverty, excluded," explains Grégoire Charmois, Director of the Loire-Atlantique APF. The proposals of the citizens and the associations are compiled on the site Agir Ensemble 2017 initiated by the APF. This walk was open to all those who want to go a long way with the four bearers of messages. The departure was set for Saturday, March 25, at 2 pm, in front of the prefecture in Nantes. They then stopped at Angers (28 March) and Le Mans (1 April) to organize debates and distribute leaflets. The arrival was fully respected as scheduled on Tuesday, April 11 on the esplanade of Human Rights in Paris.

Seventeen days after leaving Nantes, Yoann, Philippe, Jean-Pierre and Nicolas of the APF-Territoire 44 delegation completed their citizen march of forgotten on Tuesday 11 April in Paris. 450 kilometers traveled in handkibe and bicycle-crutches to focus the spotlight on the daily life of people with disabilities and millions of excluded.----------------------------------------------
ARRIVAL AT THE SYMBOLIC ESPLANADE OF HUMAN RIGHTS AT TROCADERO PARIS FACING EIFFEL TOWERIn the midst of tourists who hurry to discover the Eiffel Tower under a bright spring sun, between 200 and 300 people crowd around four citizen marchers, the heroes of the day. Yoann Durand, Philippe Raimbault, Jean-Pierre Chambon and Nicolas Bouchet, all four in a situation of disability, answered questions from journalists.

Representing people with disabilities, the marchers shouted their anger and rage, shouting their slogan "Liberty, Equality, Fraternity. You forgot us." They are proud to have succeeded in the challenge they have embarked on through this citizen march of the forgotten: travel 450 kilometers from Nantes to Paris to raise media and citizens' awareness of the cause of the excluded. "Freedom, Equality, Fraternity. You forgot us, "chant the people present, notably residents of the Residence Clothilde Lamborot de Pantin (93) to address the politicians. For the purpose of this march, initiated by the APF, is to challenge the eleven candidates for the presidential election. "People with disabilities do not want to be excluded from the campaign and want the construction of an inclusive and inclusive society to be effective for all," recalls those who spoke through three regions through conferences, Meetings or sit-in.

They recall the urgent need to take into consideration the nine million people living below the poverty line in France, including 1.2 million people with disabilities. Among the proposals of the APF, the creation of an individual income of existence for all persons with disabilities who can not or no longer work.
